Make sure that your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most of the Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 1909 or later  (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

Do you get any error messages and/or error codes?

It is also possible that your machine can't connect to Adobe's servers.

If this all doesn't help we need more infor about your system, including the following:

  • Adobe product(s) and version number which you try to update
  • Operating system and version number
  • Screenshots of the problem
  • Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

Please restart your computer an try again.

In the next step open the CC Desktop Client and sign out and sign in again.

If this doesn't help try to reset the CC Desktop Client

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R

Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
