Can't Contact Customer Support !

So I've been trying to contact customer support for the past month, but every time I try to navigate to the customer support I keep being re-directed to the same page which doesn't have any contact info! only 'common questions'. - I finally was able to find adobe custom support phone number 800-833-6687 (Monday–Friday, 24 hours a day) just to find out it is DISCONNECTED?? the only way to speak to anyone is if you troll the robot chat till it gives up trying to help you by asking idiotic questions and you finally are in a queue to chat with a human.

I was able to get this number in the end: 020-7365-0735 (Monday—Friday, 9am—5pm GMT), which will connect you to someone.

You're welcome.

Really fed up with Adobe customer support.

one other thing I would like to state. we need representatives we can understand

This has been the worst experience this company has been around for decades. The customer service reps are RUDE, volume is LOW, Aggressive & not Helpful. The sad part this was the sales team. This is the ONLY NUMBER THAT YOU HEAR LIVE VOICE. i CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION. SOME ONE HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES AFTER THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM HUNG UP. CAN YOU IMAGINE YOU RUNNING A business and CAN NOT do paperwork because the system isn't working? Complete garbage. For those of you like me, CANCEL now, this does not get better

Sorry to say, "I'm in the same boat." I've been trying and trying and trying and trying to resolve a simple issue. I purchased a product well over a year ago, I all of the sudden, I cannot use the product. No warning, no explanation, and no customer service available for a day or so to resolve and issue that shouldn't be an issue. Any suggestions?

I should add, I’ve tried chats, telephone calls (800-833-8158 and 800-915-9428 and 800-833-6687) with no success. I enter number “2” multiple times, only to discover that technical support doesn’t seem to exist on the weekends. All I want to be able to do is use my program which for some reason, was closed.

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

When you open a chat window, type AGENT at the prompt. That connects you to a human.
