CEPHtmlEngine... so many instances

Question

I have over 20 instances of this running...

Two instances for other processes like:
Adobe CEF Helper

Adobe DVA 2021

I am trying to get my PC running a little better because it is always freezing during after effects renders. I am wondering if this might be related to that.

How to disable a program in Windows 10 startup
-Click the 'window pane' in the very bottom left corner of the Windows desktop
-Select * Settings
-Select Apps
-Select Startup
-Select/toggle the program you want to disable/enable
-BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU DISABLE SO YOU DON'T STOP WINDOWS FROM RUNNING
