Creative Cloud Files folder on C: drive is deleted after reboot

Hello,

 

The 'Creative Cloud Files' folder under my c:\users\ folder gets removed after I reboot.

I end up with:

Creative Cloud Files (archived) (1) and

Creative Cloud Files (archived) (2)

The files on the cloud itself are fine.

Any ideas?

It turns out this was caused by a corrupt CC desktop app.

Re-installation solved the issue.

what folder?

 

your cloud sync'd folder?  if so, embed (don't attach) a screenshot using the embed photos icon, and show the sync'd folder designated in your cc app:
