Disable Unnecessary Adobe Background apps

Hello,

Whenever I'm using my PC for things like 3D rendering or for making music I need every little bit of resource it can give me so I manually terminate the Adobe background apps with my task manager. Even if I'm not making stuff, I don't want these apps running and using resources if I'm not using them.

Is there an easier way to do this than to manually terminate each individual process? Can you add a way to terminate all your background apps when not in use? (similar to the run at startup options apps give you).

I really don't understand why these are open in the first place if you're not using any Adobe apps.

How to disable a program in Windows 10 startup
-Click the 'window pane' in the very bottom left corner of the Windows desktop
-Select * Settings
-Select Apps
-Select Startup
-Select/toggle the program you want to disable/enable
-BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU DISABLE SO YOU DON'T STOP WINDOWS FROM RUNNING
