error message "sorry we can't connect to the servers right now"
Hello, I am on Windows 7. I get an error message "sorry we can't connect to the servers right now" so I can't verify my membership.
All I want is for my membership to be verified as I have paid for the year starting Februrary.
I am anxious to uninstall all my Adobe software and reinstall creative cloud in case I can't access it again and recieve the same error message. I have 27 days left before it stops working. Can anybody help?
