I wonder if anyone would be able to help me. I havew synced adobe draw and adobe sketch to my creative cloud. Still once I go into creative cloud I cannot find all my projects there. This is hoghly frustrating since i need to remove projects from my iPad because I have a problem woth storage. I am desperate for any insight regarding this please.

To add to Nancy’s excellent answer, you should be able to find synced Adobe Draw and Adobe Sketch folders under the first link she posted, inside Your Work, Files, Cloud Documents.

You can also find the same folders in the same place in the Creative Cloud app for Mac, Windows, and iOS at least.

you shouldn't use any of adobe's cloud services for auxillary stoarge.  they're for file sharing, not storage.

you'd be better off using ms onedrive, amazon storage, dropbox etc.  (google it.)

that said, your draw files are probably available, My adobe sketch files are missing in my Cloud docu... - Adobe Support Community - 10994507 but won't be saved elsewhere until you do that from some other (eg, desktop) adobe program.
