I cannot access my portfolio, is shows a blank white page

Hello! I have tried to go to my portfolio to edit my website but the editor page shows nothing, jut blank, my website is working though. I am concerned it could have bee hacked, could someone help?

Which device are you using?  The Portfolio editing console is designed to work with latest desktop browsers -- Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge.

 

Are you logged-in to your paid Creative Cloud account?  Is your plan active & payment method current?
