I have file synchronization problems due to server failure

I have an iMac running the current macos (Big Sur, 11.1) with Creative Cloud installed. Every time I reboot my computer and restart Lightroom Classic, I get a pop-up that says "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'." Mind you, it never says what "this" problem is. Furthermore, even without downloading anything, the apps end up openin gjust fine. Any idea what is going on?

Hello,  I am actually in disbelief that I am writing this post. But here is the issue at hand. I want to start using the Cloud to link my media to projects which I am sharing with other people, with the end goal of avoiding offline media on my timeline. However, to my surprise, when I try to upload entire folders to the cloud that is not possible. Am I forced to upload each assett individually. Media organization takes a long time already in your personal drive but I am forced to upload stuff individually (or many photos, videos, PNGs at a time) but then I have to recrate the folders in the drive all over again. It is inconvenient and adds hours of unecessary work. For example, I can drag and drop and entire folder in a Google Drive. How is this not already an option for Cloud users? I spoke with a technical support person from Adobe who offered me no solutions. Is there a way around this? Thank you.

I'm at my wit's end with Adobe Spark. For about 2 years I used it with no issues. Now, in the past month, I've had 2 ocassions where I couldn't launch the app. The first time I couldn't access it for about 48 hours, and then it started working again. I have no idea why it stoppoed or why it started back up. The second time was yesterday, and it's still down. I get this message "This story hasn't been told yet. We couldn't find the page that you're looking for." when I try to launch Spark. I tried on a MAC, Windows, and iPad, and I also tried 3 different browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Edge. None of them worked. I went on live chat. He suggested it may be my VPN, even though I've been using a VPN for YEARS and never had this problem until this month. My VPN is on my router; I'm not using an app on my computer, so I can't "just turn it off." And considering what I'm paying for a Creative Cloud subscription every month, it doesn't seem unreasonable to expect Adobe to make products that

Why can´t I active fonts - with a annual plan CC - someone from adobe support can explain to me?When I choose types of fonts that are not in the programs - they appear as "available with CC" and it is not possible to activate (?) Thank you for your time.

QuestionDoes anyone know what will happen when I turn off CCXProcess?CCXprocess is consuming so much CPU that I am going to disable it (then uninstall) it. ResearchI have read: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/adobe-background-processes.html.- Not helpful.Other articles/posts returned by search are less helpful/relvant. Environment- Win10 10.0.19042 build 19042- Creative Cloud 5.3.1.470- Apps 5.3.1.470- CoreSync 4.5.0.6- CCX Process 4.1.3.1- CC Library 3.9.27.3- Ps 22.1.1- Lr 10.1.1 2101041610-8c69aa4e- ACR 13.1- Creative Cloud Desktop is disabled (and will be uninstalled)More generallyIs it possible to run Ps and Lr Classic WITHOUT ANY of the creative cloud applications?- Manual updates are fine.- Creative cloud services (storage, stock, sync, et al.) are not useful. Thanks,

Is it possible to download the Creative Cloud on mobile phone, or just the Photoshop alone which is not PsX?

Suddenly within the past hour, all my Creative Cloud folders are showing as read-only and I need to contact the owner for access. I can't add any files to my existing CC folders. Tried logging out and back in, clearing caches and nothing is working.

Hello, I am having an issue with Creative Cloud signing me out every few minutes. I have previously used a Creative Cloud account provided by my employer and, after my initial sign in, I never had to do it again - I was just signed in all the time. Now that I have my own account I find that I have to sign in when I start up my computer each day and open my first Creative Cloud app. Having searched for help in the various forums I can see that many other people have this same problem and it has been going on for years. Surely there MUST be a solution for this by now? It is only now that I have looked into this issue that I have tried signing in using the desktop app and I can now see that it stays signed in for maybe 5 minutes then signs out. Following advice on this forum, I have tried deleting the opm.db file but this made no difference. I have also tried uninstalling the desktop app and reinstalling with the latest version but this also made no differenc

I wasn't able to find a forum so I assume there still isn't one.I've played around with Spark but am interested in first finding out what options there are for us to export, embed, or otherwise "host" content across available media, including websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc.Again - thought I'd find something definitive here, at Adobe, but posted here because of the apparent lack of a forum or structured guide...Can anyone recommend resources for this?thanks!

After not using Photoshop for a while, I tried to open my application and was met with the error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application". To resolve this, I opened my Creative Cloud desktop app and updated everything, which then only caused the same error message to pop up every time I try to open my Creative Cloud application. I tried to uninstall my Creative Cloud but received the message "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it", so I then tried to get rid of my other Adobe applications but there's no response when I click uninstall. Please help!

I'm at my wits end. I started a subscription in December 2020. Within a couple of days, I started having the issue where randomly Illustrator would force me to save and then close. I realized this was happening because Creative cloud was randomly signing me out. It got progressively worse and happens a couple of times daily, which I'm sure you can assume is very inconvenient. I contacted support and the person went in remotely, changed the folders to ".old", cleaned out adobe files and reinstalled. Everything worked fine until last week. The issue started again. I contacted support again. This time the person asked me to uninstall Acrobat and then proceeded to remotely uninstall all Adobe files and install again. It happened again and the 3rd person made the suggestion of adding certain folders to the antivirus whitelist. Today, I noticed whenever I leave Illustrator dormant for a while, that's especially when I get signed out. I contacted support again, an arrogant technician went

I am able to access my CC files/work online but have not been able to put the folder on my desktop. I'm using Windows. Any advice?

When attempting to utilize the "Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe" utility, from a CMD prompt, in a silent/unattended fashion ("creative cloud uninstaller.exe" -uninstall), it successfully uninstalls all Creative Cloud components, but hangs when finished and will hang indefinitely unless a key is pressed. Is there any way to force the process to close at the end?

This post has nothing to do with any of the following topics:File sync, Collaboration, Libraries or Cloud storage web assets I selected it because adobe didn't give me any option for others or general support.  It took me 40mins to find adobe support phone number, as they keep rerouting me to https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/contact.html where they only have articles and another "contact us" link that also take you to the same webpage (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/contact.html)  where you just came from. After almost breaking my laptop out of frustration of not been able to contact adobe support I found two different phone numbers listed for support, 1(800) 585-0774 and 1(800) 833-6687 when I tried to call them an automated greeting answered my call as expected and place my call on hold for only a few mins however at of the holding period an Indian guy (best guess as his accent was very close to mine) answered my call "hello" and then immediately ended it with a g

I would like to know how to get started contracting with companies to do Adobe Analytics work? Is anyone doing remote Adobe Analytics for companies? If so, what is the contract process with Adobe? How did you find companies that needed analytics? etc.?

Hi, Can someone help me figure out.. the help page (experince league) shows this interface: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/getting-started/discovering-the-interface/interface-description.html?lang=en#home-page Is that the same as version 7.0 - or is 7.0 and older version with an older interface? Thanks in advance/Søren

Hi,  I am a creative cloud member so I am not sure why I keep getting a specific message while I am in Spark.  When I have been in Spark for only about 10 minutes, I get the message, "Your session has timed out."  And it tells me I need to log back in "using the following ways."  This message makes no sense to me since I should be able to stay logged in indefinitely.  I would really appreicate if someone can shed some light on why I keep getting this time out message. Thank you so much! Greg in Colorado

I've seen a few posts about this topic, but I'm having the same problem. The creative cloud app is not loading on my Lenovo Yoga computer. I've tried all of the solutions that were given in the previous post about uninstalling and reinstalling, but none of them have worked. The app simply does not load. Any suggestions?

I've seen several people attempting to run the creative cloud on Lenovo Yogas and being left to an endless loading screen. Regardless to how many forums I've observed, no troubleshooting seems to fix the issue. I've been working on this for 24 hours with no avail. My Lenovo Yoga Series C940 is a personal computer, and the Creative Cloud has a student discount, but was bought personally as well.Adobe states that this model is compatible with Lenovo Yoga, but I'm beginning to have my doubts. The Creative Cloud runs perfectly fine on my desktop, but refuses to load on my Yoga.I have attempted restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, deleting all files from the OOBE folder and restarting, as well as attempting to access the app properties and run in 256 colors.I am hoping to get more support on this as I see may others have the same or similar issue.
