Hello everyone! Spark Adobe has been working perfectly fine for me until last night. I am unable to open it on my desktop (Safari). I can open projects on my Pixel 4XL and Samsung Tablet. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?Thanks!

After upgrading to Big Sur on my 2016 Mac laptop the Creative Cloud Desktop App signs me out every 1-2 minutes and any open apps close immediately. All Apps work perfectly otherwise - it's the Creative Cloud management App that is flawed. I've uninstalled all Apps from my laptop and reinstalled the Cloud App with the exact same results. Adobe Cloud Apps are completely unusable at this point. Adobe claims most apps work with Big Sur which is accurate save the one App that controls access to all the other Apps - Creative Cloud Desktop App. Ideas?

On the Creative Cloud Desktop App, my Cloud Documents and Shared with you pages both say "you're disconnected". Is anyone else having this problem? How do I get it connected?

Hi everyone. I just have a quick question: is it ok to use adobe individual plans for commercial use? It does say in the terms and conditions: 'Ownership. You (as a Business or an individual, as applicable) retain all rights and ownership of your Content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your Content.'  I presume this is the plan that freelance designers use to make a living. I would like to pursue freelance work. When I was deciding what plan to go for the helpdesk employee gave me the impression this was not the case and suggested the buisness plan? I can only presume that there was a miscommunication or he wanted me to sign up to the more expensive plan (I was also lead to believe that adobe stock was included in the buisiness plan, which it was not). I just wanted to clear this up. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I am trying to sync files from my iPad (running iOS 14.2) and it is taking a long time to sync. So far it has only synced 2 files when it should be syncing all 10 files. Not too sure what is going on. It has been an hour...

My mobile phone doesn't work with the syncing like it did a few days ago with Creative Cloud.  They show up on my phone as a placeholder so to speak as I see its there and it shows the name of the file.  But I can't see it as a thumbnail like all my previous ones and I can't download or share the file from my phone because it basically doesnt appear to actually be there or on my phone.  Its sync'd to the web and everything seems to be correct other than I can't get that picture from my phone.  I have thousands that were already sync'd still there and show up as usual but these last 2 or 3 days has changed something. My phone was just updated, IOS Apple phone and CC seems to have had a recent update. Anyone else having this issue?

Creative cloud App downloads daily Non Stop!!!...the problem is that it doesn't replace old apps ... and in 40 days it took up 800 GB of PC HDD ... I set the settings to stop downloading apps ... but nothing has changed ... how do I open  PC ... Start App downloads!!!Yesterday I had to reinstall windows again to delete All Apps... it's not normal in 40 days! Use 800GB HDD. Maybe SUPPORT ADOBE notifies this problem and modifies the Displeasure. Thank you!I.G.

Hi!I want to add a button for making a "subscribe to newsletter". Hi I have recently tried uploading my creative cloud files from my Iphone to instagram. This was somthing that was able to do previously and acnnot seem to do that now. I have even tried posting files i posted previously but othing happens. Any idea on the issue or how to solve it thanksLance

If you see this at the end of a frustrating chat conversatin it means Adobe has hung up on you:  "It sounds like you need help solving a technical issue. Let me transfer you to a technical support agent." I've had the same message from their chat line four times in the past two hours while trying to get help with a silly, insignificant issue. I waited about an hour the first time before trying a new chat. But I did discover one trick. If you don't want to dialog with the silly chat bot, just respond with the word "Human". That gets you right through to a human, who will hang up at the first opportunity. Adobe, oh my god you suck! Look at Apple's tech support. Almost no waiting, endless patience and replacement parts when needed. 

I've created some websites using Portfilio and they're great. I include some links to other websites and "mailto" emails. These links work fine for me but not for everyone. I've had clients say the links simply do not work when they view the website. Why is that?

Hi there! I just subscribe the Student Creative Cloud on my Personal Computer (MacBook Pro (Retina 13 pouces, début 2015)) on macOS Big Sur.   When I open the program to install any application of the CC I can not because of an issue with the access to the management features. However, it is my personal computer and I am the administrator. I can not solve this issue on my own, can you please help me? Kind regards

What will happen to my cloud documents if I delete my account or unsubscribe from Adobe Creative Cloud servies? Will I still have access to my illustrator files backed up to the cloud? 

 Hello,I'm trying to re install Creative Cloud and some others applications (Lightroom Classic & Photoshop) on my windows 7.Installation stopped everytime with these errors :Traduction : Adobe Installer has stopped working. A program caused the program to stop working properly. Windows will close this program and tell you if a solution is available. It was working correctly until september but I had to uninstall the applications. Can someone have a solution ?

I've recently been having an issue with the Creative Cloud app where every time I close an application or a file on my computer, Creative Cloud launches for no apparent reason. It does this every single time and it's becoming an issue. It's not a start up issue (I have launch at start up disabled, and it never does, so that's fine), it's only after. Ironically it does NOT launch when opening or closing other Adobe apps. I've only noticed it consistently launching after opening the Windows Photo app and, bizarrely, PCSX2. I've searched through all of the preferences in the app and disabled everything that seems related and also disabled it from running at startup via the Windows task manager and none of these have helped 😞 this has never happened with any previous version of CC. Any help or ideas as to why this could be happening are much appreciated!

I'm on a Mac Pro, 10.14.6, 16 gb RAM + 8tb hard drive, single 4 core Xeon. Every time I launch the Creative Cloud app, the screen goes blank and I cannot install any of the Adobe apps. I just purchased a subscription and did not have this problem on my PC running Windows 10 - but I prefer to use a Mac. I have ended all sessions but the current session, and am only running Chrome - but the CPU is pretty darned busy. All I see is a message stating that Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load. Reloading, quitting, restarting the Mac does not help.

TLDR;Adobe CC has been syncing for days just to add a muse widget restarting does nothing.(EDIT: I installed it using extension manager but it is still syncing...)So I have some Muse widgets from the adobe add-ons site (should have known better that site is mostly trash) but it (of course) is not showing up in muse.I go to make sure my Sync settings are all good, they are but my widget is still not there. So I restart both my PC and CC and it starts syncing. Great! However it has now been "syncing" for 2 days and still hasn't stopped (or started I cannot tell.) I just got a new ipad to help me do my school work. My university has an enterprise account, and I just don't understand what that includes. Lightroom is listed under one of the mobile apps it offers, but when I try to login, it says "frame load interrupted."When I try to login to creative cloud, it says "failed to connect to server." I've reached out to one of my professors, and I'm just not sure where to turn next. Any help is appreciated!
