issues
Hello,
I am trying to get help regarding a billing and cancellation issue, but I have not been able to reach a human agent through chat.
Last year, I subscribed to an Adobe student account. I no longer need this subscription, as I now have access through my company’s enterprise plan.
Recently, when I attempted to cancel, I was offered a promotion (1 free month followed by €19.33/month). At no point was it clearly explained that accepting this would create a new annual commitment.
I was then unexpectedly charged €41.33, without clear prior explanation.
Now, when I try to cancel, I am being asked to pay a €227.30 cancellation fee, with the message stating that this is based on the original contract. This is confusing and contradictory, given the supposed change in terms.
I believe this situation lacks transparency and I did not give informed consent to a new annual commitment.
I would like:
- Immediate cancellation without penalty
- Refund of the €41.33 charge
Could someone from Adobe support please assist or escalate this case?
