Linking domain to portfolio

Hello,

I just purchased a domain through Portfolio through the linked NameCheap website. Then, when I went to link it to my site, it said it was already linekd to another adobe portfolio site...is this a glitch? why would I be able to purchase the domain if it was already linked to another site? I'm confused.

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Isn't your Namecheap purchased domain automatically connected to your newly created Portfolio site?
