Looking for people to the radio who were also cheated by ADOBE into auto renew subscription

I am a journalist and I look for people who had also terrible experience with a customer service and lack of possibility to resign from Adobe in a hummane way. I have been charged like probably many of you for a whole year of subscription by auto renew. I am aware of the policy of Adobe, but this is ridiculous that they are allowed to charge over 700eur for something I do not intend to use no more. It is a fraud and a customer service is not replying to this. How is it possible to get away with it, claiming that I have received an email with such information about the upcoming renewal, I have never seen that email. I have never received it. I should confirm such a big payment. This is absolutely against the customer. We do not speak of 20eur charge, it is 750eur! For Polish standards that is a monthy salary. This is insane and unhumane. 
I would like to spread the word about it in the radio and television. I would need a few people willing to share their similar unfair stories and evidences. One email from them cannot decide about the right to basicly steal from a customer such a large amount of money. 
This should be spread loud and clear. I do not have a doubt that the majority of Adobe income comes from harming people and theirs means to live.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription...
