Option to Pause/Restart Sync No Longer Available

Hello! Last week, my CC desktop app crashed, and when restored, the option to pause/restart library sync had disappeared. Will this option be coming back? Our marketing department uses it often to resolve sync errors across our team. For example, if someone has loaded assets but others can't yet see them, we can toggle the sync option on/off and resolve the issue quickly and without disrupting any work inside of our Adobe programs. Now, I'm assuming we would have to completely log out of Creative Cloud in order to force a sync? Thank you for any help or insight here!

try resetting the app.

Unfortunately, resetting the app and rebooting the computer have not worked. The sync pause/restart has disappeared from accounts across our marketing team, so mine is also not the only account/app with the issue.

no, it's not going to change that. it's for your marketing department to resolve errors.  ie, instead if pause, use reset.
