Portfolio link in Linked In message center shows ghost image????

So I have been trying to figure this out. When I copy and paste my Adobe portfolio link into a conversation message inside Linked In, I am getting a ghost image that no longer is part of my portfolio. It is using this image as the main photo for my portfolio and I can't find where it is coming from. I have attached the image from the LI chat. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks John. I am not convinced this is a Linked In issue. I created the portfolio, used and then later deleted that photo. How by just copying the link retain that image as the calling card for the site?

Various social media platforms use different methods for displaying share thumbnails.

Clear the old image from cache at LinkedIn.  Once removed, LinkedIn should create a new one.
