Hallo zusammen,

 

Ich habe heute ein Abonnement bei Amazon gekauft und einen Code erhalten, kann ihn aber nicht einlösen, da ich in Deutschland wohne und meine Region anders definiert ist. Wahrscheinlich habe ich mein Konto in dieser Region oder von dieser IP-Adresse aus registriert. Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen? Es empfiehlt sich, die Möglichkeit einer Neuregistrierung auszuschließen.
