Squarespace website inside Adobe Portfolio

Hello, 

So I need a bit of help. I designed an awesome website on Squarespace and I was wondering if could connect my website to my adobe portfolio. In other words, I would like for someone to visit my adobe portfolio scroll through my work and then click web design, and then it would open a different page and take them to the website I created on Squarespace.
