Website deleted, help!!

Hello all! 

I've been trying to find the solution to this all day with no luck, so hopefully, an angel in these threads will know how I should assess this situation. 

I had a website with a purchased domain name that I was using under an email associated with my university. Adobe Creative Cloud, and subsequently Portfolio, was paid for. I have since graduated and had the misfortune of my website completely vanishing. I'm not sure how, or if, I can recover it. I have a new Adobe Creative Cloud account that I am paying for, and I've just created a new login for Adobe Portfolio. There's nothing I can see on the website anywhere, and I can only find adjacent issues in the forums. Does anyone have any ideas?
