after downloading Windows 10 on my desktop Digital Editions no longer works, it works with Windows 10 on my laptop

after downloading Windows 10  when Digital Edition screen comes up it stays blank

    Closed Digital Edition.
    Rename the Folder My Digital Edition in My Digital Edition old under you Documents.
    Open Digital Edition.

    Download the eBooks again.

    The folders are labeled My Digital Editions already and there is no My Digital Editions folder in My Digital Editions in the Documents?
