@Adobe Support Service: Changing from Window to Linux Mint - Document is licensed for a different user account (URGENT)

Hi there,

I am writing this message as I have no way to send email to Support Center.

I have changed my laptop from Window to Linux Mint, and to run ADE, I have to install Wine. After authorized successfully, I have tried to open my files but could not. It keeps saying "Document is licensed for other user account".

I opened email of purchase confirmation and tried to download the file URLLink.acsm. When I clicked this downloaded file, I was noticed that "Error getting license. License serve communication problem. E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".

What should I do now to open?

Those books I bought are for my coming exam. Appreciate if I receive reply soon
