Books keep Disappearing in Digital Editions 4.5

Hi All,

I downloaded some books and opened them in Digital Editions 4.5

However, whenever I go back into the sofware, although the book titles are there, they seem to be labled "missing" and in order to view them again, I need to re download them.

Does anyone know why this happens or what I can do to fix the problem?
