Can not access my digital book on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S and Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro. Please advise

I downloaded my NCLEX book on Adobe and was prompted to download Blue Fire Reader on the play store, but when I go to sign in there is an error message, that I am not authorized to download onto my tablet.  Please advise; how do I authorize my devices?
