Have a Toshiba Laptop that was working fine with Adobe Digital until about a month ago. Library books will not download anymore.

And about a month ago my p.c. was updated to Windows 10..... Could this be the reason?

I have uninstalled the Adobe Digital software (2.0 I think) and have re-installed 4.0.3 (?) and it still will not work. When I try to download books, it give me a message about the licence.

Help!
