How to get rid of License Agreement for ADE 4.0.3??

I un-installed this application, but each time I start my Laptop or open another program this Agreements is popping up. As a result several other programs can not be opened anymore. This is irritating. Adobe "Customer Care" could not help me. Service-level is terrible! Is there anybody out there who van give me a permanent solution? Help would be appreciated.
