I downloaded Photoshop Elements. The question has not yet been answered.

I downloaded a Photoshop Elements 14 from Amazon to a new HP computer with plenty of memory and Windows 10. Eventually, after  signing in, giving the serial number etc I was advised that my computer did not take a 64 bit program. So now what do I do? Can you please provide me with the appropriate program? There was no indication that I was buying something that would not work.    I assumed the newest program would have functioned on my computer. Thanks.@ !
