I get the "e lic already fulfilled by another user" problem without another user existing

For another problem I had to reinstall ADE. I authorized it with the same account, on the same pc, but it I can't but my ebooks back.

I'm using Vista.

PS: The original problem was that I couldn't copy my ebooks to my (authorized) ereader.
