Not able to autorise ereader and also not able to remove autorisation from digital editions

I just joined a local libary that also lends ebooks. To do so I need to autorise my ereader to my adobe account. But when I do it says that there is an mistake/fault at the activition server. Because this wouldn't work I tried to remove the autorisation from adobe digital editions but I can't. I wanted to created a new account.

I also tried to reïnstall Digital Editions but it isn't working.

Can someone please help me?

I tried the chat but the guy said I had to go here. I was disappointed by the chat service.
