password forgotten and email no more valid

I created an ID for my father 2 years ago. Unfortunately I forgot the password and in the meantime the email address which I have registered is no more valid. It does not exist anymore so I can not enter the mail. I need to change the email BUT I have no password   what can I do?

    You must contact Adobe Customer Care via phone or Live Chat (available during working hours only).

    Despite what the website says, these forums cannot provide any help with your accounts and activation histories.

    I have tried to contact the customer care by live chat but unfortunately it did not work - the connection was always cut off.

    Is there any support email address I can contact?
