When I tried to drop acsm file of callan text on ADE, I received ”e_lic_license_sign_error”.

When I tried to drop acsm file of callan text on ADE, I received ”e_lic_license_sign_error”.

I asked callan organisation about this issue. He siad that this error is not related with callan, you should ask to adobe.

So I'm inquiring this error now. Please give me some solutions.
