Why won't Digital editions let me transfer my xavuerbooks to new computer?

Hi all,

I installed Adobe digital editions in my Windows tablet. I authorized it using the same email address as the compouter. I then copied the library to a microsd card and inserted it in my tablet. When I try to open my books, I get an error message stating that the book is registered to another user account.

OK so how do I get Adobe digital editions in my tablet to recognize the DRM as mine and let me open the books?
