Material not showing when published as a 3D scene on web

I was just about to send a client a link to a 3D scene. The render looks good, but when export to publish the model to web the material is not showing correctly, but in the preview of the file manager it looks okay.

Is this a bug or have I missed something?

yes the server is only in the US so doesn't work very well from a network point of view + Dimension is only designed to make 2D scenes so some things look wacked when you ask the computer to make 3D images

1st the model is 3D but the scene is only 2D... if you expect online rendor to give you a 3D enviroment then yes you missed something and the image looks like the back end of your model i.e, turn the camera around to look at the front end instead or share the online link

I am not sure if I understand your reply correctly. Both, model and the scene were in 3D. No matter how I moved the camera, the material with the label was only visible outside left and right, but did not wrap around. On the above screenshot you see something greenish left and right of the bigger bottle.
