Surface Artwork Glitch

We’ve been experiencing this issue in Dimension where the artwork gets distorted when applied to an object. Not sure if it’s a glitch or what this is, but it’s been happening frequently and doesn’t seem to be based on a specific type of file or structure. It’s been creating significant issues for us and costing a lot of time and money. Need this to be resolved please!

of course it rendors that way... when you scaled it the image moved to far around the model and breaks up, no that is not a bug

place your image as a fill anytime to need it to 'wrap' all around the model + the there is a 'export UV' option for this type of senario that exports the models Uv in a Photoshop file that can then be used to place your images and adjust them

1 nothing is being fixed because Dimension is finished ... Adobe has moved on to Stager as their 3D software

2. i don't see any bug... it looks like you poted an image on the model with decal and it wrapped as all images do when decaled instead of placed as a fill

Thanks for the note. Understood about Dimension being finished. But there most certainly is a bug or glitch. If you look at the left edge on both images, the artwork gets all spliced and almost shattered like. That's not what it's supposed to look like. It doesn't happen initially when I place the art, only after scaling it a bit. And it does render that way too.
