Did you use up both activations on other devices?

Do you have another device that you can deactivate from?

That only works with supported subscription products. CS6 is too old.

CS6 and earlier products appears only under your Adobe account if you have purchased directly from Adobe and/or you’ve registered your product.

You will need to deactivate the software on a previous computer, and that computer must be up to date enough to contact our servers to reclaim any used activations successfully.
