adobe products wont lunch

Hello, I tried installing Adobe cc on my laptop, but it had an error saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but had no luck, I have even tried to repair it but still no luck. So then I just tried to downloading after-effects but still the same error. I have also tried photoshop but still got the outcome.

Would love if you guys could help me out here.
