Adobe PS subscription problem

I got this messages when i open both of my adobe PS v 27.0.0 and v 26.11.6
I have subscription, other versions are not compatible with windows 10 so its not possible to update. I need help, i have projects with deadlines. I don have time to find solutions so someone of the Adobe do it. If its not possible i dont want to pay and i dont want to pay cancellation fee too, so you can find and fix the solution ASAP or delete my subscruption. I pay because i dont want problems.
