Adobe, where are you?

Hello there,

How can I get someone from Adobe to answer a question about technical problems which make my Mac version of InDesign unusable?

I've posted a question here Panel Positions: MacBookPro + 2 extra displays but in two weeks it has not attracted any attention.

All other Customer Care contact options except from this forum are grayed out.

I'd really appreciate your help.

Regards,

BG

The fora are user to user fora with some participation of Adobe.

And as I saw, your question attracted reactions from some of the most renown Indesign users Steve Werner and BobLevine . The answers where not quite helpful, may be that the solution is not that simple... I can't adventure into this as I have no MacOS experience.

And you got a third answer from Ned Murphy probably hitting the point.

That said, if you want help from Adobe, you should use the procedure as indicated by Ned.
