I recently changed plans from the all the apps to just Photoshop. At that time I owned

Design and Web Prem, Version: CS6, Platform: MacOS, Registration Date: Jun 6, 2012

Now when I try to open any of the CS6 Design Suite I get a message that I needed to renew my subscription. I tried to reenter my serial number but your system said it was already being used.

I contacted you help line and was told to empty all my caches and cookies. I did that on Friday and my CS6 still won’t work.

Now adobe says I have to solve the problem because they don’t support CS6

Somehow adobe has put some kind of subscription requirement a with my version

and since I own it, it is very disconcerting that adobe put me in the position of solving the problem since it's an adobe issue

As soon as you install any part of the Cloud, even a trial, it replaces your program management system
-if you plan to keep using CS6 (or earlier) you should NOT install a Cloud program, not even a trial
-Read Cloud takes over https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Get-off-the-cloud/td-p/8075485 for some ideas
