Has anyone had issues saving work since they've updated to the Catalina?

I have major problems with Premiere PRO. It seems that moving .mov and .mp4 files into the Timeline are impossible or work just randomly. I'm working on a Mac Pro with an AMD Graphics card. I have experienced this also prior to the Catalina launch. I have read through several forums and support pages to identify the problem. 1. Apple does not support 32-bit software. 2. I have scanned my computer for 32-bit software and identified one plugin in Premiere and AfterEffets than can be the problem since this is the only plugin that's not 64 bit. The name of the plugin is "Pro Import AE.plugin/Automatic Duck.app. Does anyone know if theres a 64-bit version of that plugin or if theres another way around this? Has anyone found a solution?

There's a known bug with Save As in Photoshop in Catalina. Is that what you're referring to?
