Can I redeem multiple 2-month memberships of CC Photography Plan in one go?

I recently purchased 3 Seagate external hard drives, and each came with a free 2-month membership of Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan. Can I redeem them all together, stacking it up to 6 months?
