Can not cancel month-to-month plan

I am also trying to cancel my subscription and as I’m doing so I get a notification that I’ve just been charged for the next period.

It is extremely frustrating and seems quite sinister really for Adobe to have deliberately made this so difficult to do.

How has this not been fixed? How do you decide who gets reimbursed and who gets canceled if at all?

Please cancel my subscription of creative cloud. Honestly, it is really annoying that there is no option to cancel auto renewal or cancel subscription. And I have not been able to get to customer care despite of several attempts in last few months. I will reach out o consumer forum regarding this.

I would like to cancel my a month-to-month plan of Acrobat Pro DC subscription , Only  "Manage plan". There is no link to "cancel" the plan. I'm concerned that this is done deliberately to make it difficult to cancel a subscription and to fleece money from subscribers. I will be contacting the Australian Consumer Commission in regards to this. As for now I would like to cancel my subscription to the month-to-month plan of Acrobat Pro.

Same problem here, Cancel button is completely missing. I need mine canceled as well. Thanks in advance.
