Can not cancel month-to-month plan

I subscribed to a month-to-month plan of Adobe CC Illustrator. However, I can not cancel it. Following are the screenshots:

After clicking "Manage plan", I come to this page directly. There is no link to "cancel" the plan.

I also want to cancel a monthly subscription and there is no "Cancel" button.

One would think a software company could do better-but then perhaps no "cancel" button by design.

I want to cancel a month-to-month plan and there is no cancel  button. It just renewed the subscription, and it took off money from my account. So I also want a refund.

I commented here about 10 days ago and I got a reply to contact a representative and both the representatives didn't answer. I want to cancel my subscription by Feb and I'm not paying another months subscription for something I have been wanting to cancel forever. And this is a way Adobe literally forces its users to continue. This is absolutely wrong and I will report this very soon and make it a big deal on social media if no action is taken asap.

Dear Adobe Staff,

     My original understanding of the month by month was that I was able to choose whether or not I wanted another month. I didn't use it after the first month because I thought Illustrator was finished. I looked at my billing statement and it shows that I have been getting billed since March 2017, it is now January 2018. Please credit my money back and cancel my subscription!

I want to cancel my subscription to indesign plan. it got renewed without informing me in advance or at the time of renewal and I would like a refund as I did not get informed via email or message! I fall under the countries that can't cancel a plan online and have to contact support. please do it for me immediately.

Hello stuff

I can not cancel CC plan for a long time. There is no 'Cancel plan' button in my 'Manage plan' panel. And i can't contact Adobe stuff through Chat or Telephone: these links make me wait for hours without reply. Please, cancel my plan, and, please, don't redirect me to 'How to cancel your plan' instructions on this site, i've tried all options offered by them!

Hi Adobe,

I would like to cancel of my subscription for Acrobat Pro Month to Month. Tried contacting customer service through Chat but forever unable to get a representative. I have requested to cancel 2 months ago, but you are still charging me through my credit card. I have been waiting for your representative in Chat for days. And i do not see any cancel option in my subscription. Please do not ask me to read the guide on how to cancel.

Please help to cancel ASAP as i have not been using for 4 months.
