Can not cancel month-to-month plan

I subscribed to a month-to-month plan of Adobe CC Illustrator. However, I can not cancel it. Following are the screenshots:

After clicking "Manage plan", I come to this page directly. There is no link to "cancel" the plan.

Hello, could you do the same for me please, the options aren't there and it's trying to make me renew in a month. Have had no success getting through to customer support yet and i'm frankly sick of it.
