Can not cancel month-to-month plan

I subscribed to a month-to-month plan of Adobe CC Illustrator. However, I can not cancel it. Following are the screenshots:

After clicking "Manage plan", I come to this page directly. There is no link to "cancel" the plan.

Hello

I want to cancel my membership month to month , i dont want you to renew my membership ! Im verry anhry because theres no option to cancel it with using one button ! Its 2017 !!! Why shoud we write you a mesege every time we want to cancel a membership !!

Dear Staff,

first i tried to upgrade my Premier pro CC subscription, but there was no button for it that the guide mentioned, after that i tried to cancel my subscription (so i can buy a new one), but no button for that too. Could you please help me, i would like to upgrade from Premier Pro CC to CC All apps.

Hi I have successfully cancel my subscription. You have to log in to your account then search for he costumer service. You will have an option to do it on chat or by email. I did mine through chat. It was pretty quick. An agent will reply to you right away. You just have to say that you want to cancel your subscription and the reason why. Hope it helps. Good luck!

Hi all, Finally I could cancel my subscription service by contacting Adobe's customer service staff via "Chat" function.  To do so, you need to reserve much time on waiting to get connected. Two days before I used the chat function at late night and waited for around 30 minutes and finally they responded to me. They admitted there is no "cancel" button for month-by-month subscription plan like mine. If I cancel, they would have to charge us 50% of the subscription fees of the upcoming annual year. (i.e mthly subscriptions fees  X 6). That's so unreasonable as I just received an email reminder tell me my subscription would renew on Mar. It implies that the commitment is a life-time commitment?? I started to complain and then he's willing to cancel without charges this time. To play safe, I even saved our conversation record.  Later I received an email confirming that my subscription plan was cancelled. So everyone, please try the chat  or phone function until u reach the staff and cancel the service subscription.

I'm surprised to find a lot of people facing same experience. Adobe, you need to make us easier to cancel the subscription. Don't just want to get money easily but make it difficult for us to cancel...

My project was finished and I want to cancel my adobe premiere pro month to month plan for a while. I contacted support chat already but it told me they're facing technical difficulties and I should contact them 3-4 hours later.

I don't know if if's true or not but now I'm writing this I want to cancel my plan please...

Moreover, I found my renewal date was 4 February 2017 which is today. Are you still charge my card for this month as well? Please consider to not charge my card for this month since it's just one day difference.

I can't cancel my monthly subscription plan too. Pls help me! (i tried to use online chat for help but waited for almost 20 minutes and found no responses from Adobe so far....) Quite disappointed about its customer service ....
