Can not cancel month-to-month plan

I subscribed to a month-to-month plan of Adobe CC Illustrator. However, I can not cancel it. Following are the screenshots:

After clicking "Manage plan", I come to this page directly. There is no link to "cancel" the plan.

I can not cancel plans month to month. When I visited the Manage plan is no button cancel plan to cancel please help me, I use Adobe® Illustrator® CC (month-to-month).
