Can not cancel month-to-month plan

I subscribed to a month-to-month plan of Adobe CC Illustrator. However, I can not cancel it. Following are the screenshots:

After clicking "Manage plan", I come to this page directly. There is no link to "cancel" the plan.

I want to cancel a month-to-month plan and there is no cancel  button.

Do you want to cancel Adobe® After Effects® CC (mensual) order that was placed in the month of April this year?

I'm having problems with canceling too. i go to mange plan then cancel plan that take me to contact support which just says to go mange plan then cancel plan. im caught in a circle trying to cancel an acrobat plan that it turns out i didnt need because i finally found the order history for the acrobat i bought a year and half ago so i could get the Serial Number to reinstall what i had.

Hi staff

   I can not cancel plans month to month. When I visited the Manage plan is no button cancel plan to cancel please help me, I use Adobe Acrobat Reader CC (month-to-month).

Still I can not find the "cancel" button from all the sources. The support person said he cancelled for me. Will try to check charging status later.

Hi,

When I checked I found that your Adobe® Illustrator® CC (month-to-month) subscription was not correctly cancelled. It was still showing Active somehow. I have cancelled it now so your card will not get charged now for this particular subscription.

I follow the guide exactly but can not find the page with "cancel" and "upgrade" buttons.
