Question

Can't buy InDesign

Hello there,

I've had InDesign for one month in february. That all went fine. Also I have PhotoShop and Lightroom for already longer that one year, this works perfect.

Now I want to have InDesign again for one month. When I want to pay, I can't buy it, because it says I already have InDesign. That is not true.

When I want to open InDesign, I got a message that I have to buy it. I'm stuck in a circle.

Can somebody help me with this problem? Maybe someone recognizes this?

Thank you!

Hilde

In addition to what jane-e says, go to https://account.adobe.com/plans  and look what plans you have. You should find there only the Photography plan (if Jane is correct as I assume).

Than try customer support.

Report back to let us know if the issue has been solved.

Hi Hilde,

Contact Adobe Customer Care at Contact Customer Care. The chat icon lingers in the lower right.

It sounds like you have the Photography plan and went on a monthly plan for InDesign?

Thanks for your help. I found somebody from the customer service on Facebook. She is busy with finding the solution.

Hi Hilde,

I have never heard that Adobe offers support on Facebook. I’m not saying they don’t — I‘m saying I’m highly suspicious and would like to verify it. It worries me.

Can you provide the link you used so we can contact staff to check it out? And be very careful about giving personal details.

If staff contacts you through this forum, they will have a red STAFF badge and can look up your details with your Adobe ID.
