Can't get past the boxes that say USER and PASSWORD..I have a Mac Book Pro and I've tried my AppleID and every possibility I can think of. All I get when I click OK is the box giggles

Thank you John....I went to Apple and tried to find out my USER password. It says my passwords don't match. I never have to login so don't know what my Admin user password is.....I tried to change the passwords and it kept saying doesn't match or invalid user name or password. I tried many options....actually I have only used two passwords ever and neither one works....any other ideas?

Thank you for the quick response. I went to Apple and tried to use my icloud password...no go....Went to Admin User section and it keeps telling me nothing matches. I understand (i think) it's the admin password but I don't ever login so I don't know what it is....What else can I try?
