Cancel plan

I don't see Cancel plan!!!!!!!!!! I updated my payment infos since yesterday. It's ok in the invoice but still can't cancel the plan I accidentally signed up for 2 months ago and have been paying for since!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and can't talk to anybody at Adobe.............. Very annoying ang disappointing !!!!!!!

-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining time as a fee

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person

None of the above work.

I can't even see the CANCEL PLAN button!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plus, I can't pay 1/2 of the remaining fee as I never subscribed for the plan in the first place. I made a purchase for a one month use only, then I was surprised that I had been registered for a monthly plan... Since then I have been trying to cancel it for 2 months now... No ONE to talk to I sent so many messages with no reply from Adobe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not fair from Adobe!!!!!!!!!!!

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... Even if you had purchased a monthly subscription, you still need to cancel at the end of the month so it does not renew for the next month
