cancellation adobe

Hello, 

I've been using adobe since2 years. Since I'm still studying, my school offers me a membership for 75 euro/year. However, for several months ADOBE charges me 36 euro a month via my VISA. I wonder why this is happening and I want to stop this since I never used it in the first place. I tried to stop this 3 months ago, but it continues. I suspect that for some reason, there are two adobe packages on my name, however I don't remember signing up for the monthly one and since I don't need two ADOBE packages I want to cancel the monthly one. This cancellation isn't possible online (except for paying a 95 euro fee, which I do not intend on paying.) 
It is very hard to contact a staff member of ADOBE, therefore I ask my question to you, fellow users.
I sincerily hope someone can help me because this has already cost me a lot of money.

Kennethv80905206, I am sorry that you are frustrated with the early termination fees. Have you spoken with our support team?
