Cancelling my subscription to creative cloud

I followed every link the Adobe site told me to follow in order to get my subscription to creative cloud cancelled. It is very frustrating because it is like a cardwheel, always brings you back to the beginning and then continues in a never ending loop. I'm definitely frustrated with this. If Adobe makes it so easy to subscribe, why is it so darned hard to unsubscribe?

I have had the same issues. A constant run around and when you finally think your account is canceled, it shows up on your credit card again. Absolutely insane that you have to spend so much time on what should be such a simple task. Clearly management is not confident in the product or they would be assisting customers in this matter instead of trapping them.

i want to cancel my subscription i dont have the time to use creative cloud as much as i thought. i orginally bought it for my husband who is photographer but he has his own programs he likes to use.

If you having difficulties unsubscribing yourself from Adobe plan/product you should probably check the following link:

Hi! I have been waiting in a chat window for over half an hour (tethering my phone as I have no internet). I need my pre-paid annual subscription cancelled. Could someone there help with this?

Hallo Rajshree,

As I am facing the same problem, I have sent you an email with my request to terminate my Photoshop Photography Program subscription. I'm in the last month of the annual subscription and don't want to continue. I hope you can help me too...

‌I 100% agree. Their content and link navigation is deliberately sending members in a never ending spiral so they are unable to cancel a subscription. Developers call this a "death spiral."This is extremely poor customer service, and will be the downfall of Adobe. There are too many competitors that offer similar services, but care more about the customer experience, rather than how much money each member pays per month. I will no longer use Adobe or any of its services.

‌I would also like to cancel my annual prepaid subscription to Adobe Cloud. I'm not getting much use out of it, and hadn't intended to renew the subscription at all, until Adobe took the payment out of my bank account without the slightest notification.

I've been trying to contact someone to have it cancelled and refunded (it hasn't yet been 30 days), but it's almost impossible to contact someone directly. Any help cancelling it would be appreciated.

I too have been trying to cancel my subscription.  This is the worst run-around I have ever had to deal with.  Does anyone respond to customers?

Hello Rajshree,

I want to cancel all of my subscriptions (2) to get annual complete plan. Could you do that? Because I'm in Turkey and there is no cancel button in membership plan web page. I cannot reach anybody in Turkey via e-mail or phone.

Omer Candar, Please confirm the subscription that you would like to cancel as I see that you have many single app CC like Dreamweaver & Photoshop. please let us know if you tried to contact Support, if yes, do let know the difficulty faced by you as the issue was unresolved.

I shall get it cancelled for you.

Yes I have 2 subscription and I want to cancel two of them. Actually I want to upgrade to complete plan (for all apps), but canceling first will be easy i think. And about support: I have sent lots of emails to support but none of them answered. So please cancel them. Thanks.
