Cannot View Files Online at Adobe.com

Recently I have not been able to view my synced files online at adobe.com. I can still see it in my cc folder although it states that some files are not syncing, but don't give a specific error message. It just states that maybe I am over the quota although it clearly states online and in the cc app on my desktop that I am using 13Gb out of 20GB. So when I tried to view those files it says I don't have any files. I can clearly see my quota of 13.5 out of 20 GB online and there are files on my desktop but it won't show up anywhere. I have checked the synced files folder, the files folder, the library and it states that there is nothing. I have tried 2 different machines and different browsers on both. I have also tried using incognito windows and clearing the cache and cookies then trying to see if I could find the files online, but nothing is appearing.

I just need help navigating to and seeing my files online.

sign out before...sign in after moving. The trick with moving is to keep a copy locally in case there is a problem. You could delete. I would have no trouble with that.

The connection to the cloud is probably broken. When you move the data out of sight, CC thinks that there are no data. Hopefully CC will start again synchronizing ... go to bed if there are a lot of data, as that will take some time.

I finally tried again to log in online after resyncing my files after moving the file directory on my desktop and I was able to view my files! All my files are synced to my desktop and I can view them online. Yayyy!! Thank you so much for your suggestion! It worked!

Thank you so much Abambo ! I will try what you suggested when I have access to my home computer to do so. Fingers crossed this will fix the issue .

Okay. Sorry, I misunderstood what you meant. I will move the directory of my files then and try to resync. Thank you.

By the way with your issue from before, were you not able to see your files online either at any point?

If so did moving your local directory, change how you saw it online?

Like I said I can still see my files on my desktop computer (there was only one file that seemed to have a syncing issue). when I sign in to adobe.com then under the manage account window, I click on 'Your work' under the Creative Cloud, and that is where my files are missing.

Could the one file that is not syncing to my desktop be disrupting the way that I see the rest of my files online?

I will try removing the files and signing out and signing back in on the desktop to see if it finishes syncing. Yeah, I don't have access to the other person's account, but they are able to view all of the files in the creative cloud folder on their desktop and I think they said they were able to see it online though too still.

Do you know if there is a specific way to view a shared creative cloud file online or if there is a bug with viewing CC files online? I believe I have tried all the folders In Files Libraries, Published, Shared With You and Deleted. It just asks me to create a new folder or upload files or that I don't have any files yet, but still says space is being used. I also have tried going through the Document cloud files but files are nowhere.

I don't know if this makes a difference but I am an enterprise user and so is the person I own a shared folder with.

I would not think that this is the point.

The original folder was shared by another user, but I should be a co-owner of this file (for over a year). I am not trying to view a file I created saved to my desktop. I am trying to view files that the other owner of this folder created and saved to this shared folder.

When I try to view any files online it states each folder is empty.

I was able to view these files before online. After the format change to the site where you view your account information after logging in, I can't see anything online anymore. None of the files that were there before are there now. It states at the bottom left where the quota is displayed however that space is being occupied by files, but I can't find them online. Checking each of the sections listed now for both the creative cloud work and under the mobile cloud yields nothing.

Is the option to view your files online no longer available or does the online folder not have the most current information synced from Adobe servers?

Also in regards to the synced information from the creative cloud desktop application, it has synced all the files from this other owner of the file except for one. Which is why I tried to see if I could view this file online, but nothing is there.

Are you using Lightroom?

No, I am not. I have used photoshop and illustrator, but not Lightroom.

The folder was originally shared with me from another user and the files are still mostly syncing to my desktop. I just can't see those files online.

So you are saying that they were attached to a different user?

They will not get automatically into your new account, even if they are locally on your disk.
